Please note:

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase liquor in Australia.

Your order must be signed for by you or an authorised representative over the age of 18 years. Proof of identity and age may be requested by the delivery driver.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Your delivery address must be continuously occupied during business hours. A $20 redelivery charge will be applied if there is no-one at the address to receive the delivery.
  • Please leave a contact phone number at your delivery address.
  • Orders under $200 (including GST) will attract a freight and handling fee of $15 including GST. Orders above this amount are sent to you freight-free anywhere in Australia.
  • Once your payment has been approved, delivery times are:
    • Metro Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 2 business days
    • Metro Adelaide: 4 business days
    • Rest of Australia: 6 – 10 business days
  • Deliveries and pricing apply only to deliveries within Australia. We do not deliver overseas unless by special arrangement.

PRIVACY POLICY

By using this site and making a purchase from it, you are agreeing to our privacy policy below.
This policy may be updated from time to time so please review it before you make any purchases.
Vanguard Luxury Brands will not pass your details onto any third party unless required by law to do so. The exception to this is that in order to fulfil your order, we must advise our freight forwarders of your name, delivery address and phone number. We will never forward your details onto any third party for marketing purposes.
We will not retain your details once your order is processed, unless you opt-in for email updates and specials that we may send out from time to time.

SECURITY CAPABILITIES AND POLICY FOR TRANSMISSION OF PAYMENT CARD DETAILS

  • We will not retain your credit card details once your payment has been approved.
  • We use industry-standard SSL encryption 128 bit or greater for capturing your credit card details.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND REFUND POLICY

If your order is proven to be either wrongly picked (i.e. what you receive does not match what you ordered), faulty or damaged, you have 5 (five) business days after receipt of the order in which to advise Vanguard Luxury Brands in writing of the problem. After that period, you will have no recourse in such matters.
Provided sufficient proof has been provided, Vanguard Luxury Brands can, at its discretion, refund or replace the goods in question.
If a refund is approved, cost of the products themselves will be refunded, less freight costs to and from your place of delivery. Freight costs are $15 plus GST each way.

  • Vanguard Luxury Brands is an Australian company based and operating in Australia.
  • Our offices are at 57 Bream Street Coogee, NSW 2034 Australia but all stock is warehoused at an off-site third-party warehousing facility. No stock is stored at our offices.
  • I have read and agree to the above terms and declare that I am over the age of 18 years.
